The Accounts Receivable module efficiently tracks customers, manages invoices, processes receipts and prints statements. Receivable inquiries: Obtain instant answers to your sales, payment and customer activity questions. You are able to view un-posted and posted historical data, plus complete customer, payment history and receivables detailed and summary information.

NSF cheques: Efficiently manage accounts affected by NSF cheques. Cheques returned can be easily recorded and tracked. When a cheque is marked as NSF, you have the additional option of posting an NSF charge to the customer’s account.

Holds: Place customer accounts on hold, temporarily preventing additional receivables to the affected account, while still being able to enter cash receipts.

Void transactions: You can easily void transactions while maintaining a complete audit trail of every voided transaction. Invoices are voided with a single click – all reversing entries are made automatically, including updates to the customer record and general ledger.
