The Momentum MIS suite is comprised of a number of utilities that transform the powerful Microsoft Dynamics GL and Payables modules into an MIS Compliant Financial System. These utilities have been developed with input from clients across Canada and include MIS Electronic Reporting, Case Costing support, Interfunds & Interfacility, MIS Account Builder, MIS Account Rollups, and GST/PST Distribution with Freight Distribution support.
MIS Electronic Reporting: The Momentum MIS Electronic Reporting utility will automatically prepare an electronic file that complies with your Provincial Ministry’s requirements.
Case Costing: Case costing provides support for redistributing "Indirect"/ Transient Cost Centres (TCC) expenses to other indirect centres or "Direct" /Absorbing Cost Centres (ACC) expenses.
Interfunds/Interfacility: Automatically balances transactions between different funds or facilities for your organization. Ensures all GL accounts regardless of who is funding them are represented and reported correctly. This bypasses the lengthy administrative time spent adjusting accounts.
MIS Account Builder: The MIS Account Builder was designed to streamline the creation of new MIS compliant GL accounts. Momentum’s MIS arrives with a complete set of MIS compliant financial and statistical segments specific for your province and or healthcare sector.
MIS Account Rollups: Account Rollups grants the flexibility of creating accounts specific to your internal reporting needs, yet yields the required account rollup necessary for reporting to your local Ministry.
GST/PST Distribution with Freight Distribution support: This invaluable feature allows your staff to calculate GST or PST expense or reclaim amounts automatically. With freight distribution support, GST/PST automatically distributes freight between all your distribution accounts. Inquiries and reports at month end for GST/PST claims and remittances further reduce the administrative burden.
