Resident Billing & Trust is an admissions, discharge and transfer (ADT), trust management and billing system combined into one. Residents' activities are recorded through a number of pre-defined and customized fields. This information is then used to determine the monthly or daily resident charges. Cash receipts and refunds are entered easily. This module will save time and effort managing resident trust and receivable accounts.
ADT & Demographics: A full resident demographics system drives the Resident Management system. Admission, discharge and transfer information is tracked for census reporting and is also used to calculate billing charges.
Billing: Define an unlimited number of user defined billing codes. Billing codes are templates used to automate the process of billing and crediting residents. Each billing code holds all the information necessary to create trust and rent transactions to your residents, third party insurer or other payers. Both receivable and trust transactions can be pro-rated based on your residents ADT information.
Cash Receipts: Cash Receipt Entry allows you to create and issue receipts for payments made by residents of a facility. You can receive a single cheque and distribute it over a number of residents, a number of accounts, and to miscellaneous GL accounts.
Electronic document delivery: For all correspondence with your resident contacts including the scheduling and Email statements and the collection of receivable and trust amounts via EFT.
Inquiries: The Resident Transaction Inquiry feature permits you to view details of all transactions or those for a specific resident. You can also specify the types of transactions by marking whether to include billings, receivables, cash receipts, trust, un-posted, and historical transactions.
