The Risk Management module allows for online completion and analysis of Infection, Incident, and Medication Errors reports. Automated tracking and summary reports are provided for QA activities. Incident Reporting allows for instant documentation and tracking of critical incidences as they occur in your facility. Reporting functionality allows you to see at a glance which units per facility are more effective at controlling Incidences, and which facilities can improve. Our Alerts functionality allows email notification regarding all types of incidences and these emails can be sent to selected team members, to ensure that these incidences are addressed. Our solution tracks the originator, who acknowledged involvement in the follow up, and the outcome.
