Master Person Index/Registration
The Master Person Index/Registration module is a comprehensive database of core client information designed in a healthcare setting by healthcare providers to streamline operations, reduce data entry errors, optimize data quality and database integrity, and eliminate data redundancy. All of our modules are integrated with this central database. The terminology, available in all drop down boxes for end user selection, is site configurable, making the application customizable to mirror existing work processes. The registration process tracks all client encounters with a facility including waiting lists, pre-admissions, admissions, discharges, and transfers. Single site or regional settings can configure Registration actions for inpatient, outpatient, long-term care, clinic, chronic care, rehabilitation and other healthcare facilities. The patient is then registered into a Program defined for each category.

- Maintain security of patient information and system function via passwords and assigning individual and group rights. Different rights can be assigned by location to protect patient information in sensitive areas of the facility.
