The Costing module lets you keep close tabs on your menu, PPD food costs, and catering requisitions. Ease the stress of determining grocery orders and performing physical inventory valuations. Closely monitor what products you order from your vendors.

  • Interface with vendor order guides to import up-to-date order guides, giving you the power to cost-out your menu and recipes.
  • Determine grocery order requirements by utilizing the suggest order quantities and par stock features.
  • Print physical Inventory Count Sheets, enter quantities, and calculate extended costs and totals.
  • Create requisitions for catering events or bulk nourishments and print invoices and requisitions, which are assigned to Cost Centers.
  • Print rolled-up Cost Center Reports.

  • Menu Costing Summary - Lists the costs and averages for one or all of your Therapeutic Menus. It can be printed for one or all weeks of the menu.
  • Inventory Count Sheets - Lists inventory items by storage location, simplifying the physical count process. Once inventory amounts have been entered, prices are extended automatically, alleviating the manual task of calculating costs.
  • Requisition Pricing – Used for costing out catering events or bulk nourishments sent up to the wards.
