Momentum Dietary is available for single, stand-alone facilities or for multi-facility chains. The Platinum version allows for centralized development and control of menus, recipes, inventory items and nutritional information at the central office. The Platinum version allows corporate personnel to manage cost-sensitive issues while allowing their facilities ample flexibility.
