Platinum
The Platinum module has all the features of Resident Care Plans, Menus, Production, Costing and Assessment plus centralized management capability. The module is designed to facilitate the centralized management of menu, recipes and ingredients used in a multi-facility organization.
The Platinum module can operate in a centralized location, such as a corporate office. Reports for each facility (such as menus, recipe books and production guides) are produced as either hardcopy reports which can be mailed to facilities, or as electronic documents, which can be stored on a shared network, or sent via email.

With the Platinum module in use at a corporate office and Dietary Management modules in use at the facilities, an integrated system offers powerful benefits to your organization. A corporate office can create menus, recipes and suggested inventory items centrally, and send the data electronically to their facilities. This gives you the ability to maintain a high level of control and consistency of dietary services at the corporate level, while also defining the degree of flexibility the facilities have in making changes.

- Distribute data electronically (menus, recipes, inventory info, etc.) to facility-based software. Eliminates duplicate data entry and ensures cost and quality control across a diverse set of menus. Regional versions of menus can be maintained and distributed as appropriate.
- Update prices electronically from multiple warehouses and vendors, including DSSI.
- Control the type of facility-level customizations you will allow.
- Calculate grocery orders based on either standard census numbers (100 regular, 10 Puree, etc.) or actual resident selections.
