Momentum Healthware, Inc. ("Momentum" or "we") is committed to protecting the privacy of the personally-identifiable information that we may collect from you as you use this website (the "Site") in accordance with its obligations at law. Momentum has appointed a Privacy Officer to ensure its compliance with this Policy. By using the Site and/or submitting information to Momentum, you agree to the terms and conditions set out in this Privacy Policy. What personally-identifiable information does Momentum collect?
Momentum may collect personally-identifiable information on certain areas of the Site when users register for products or services, request publications or other information, sign up for conferences and events, and participate in our user posting areas, such as bulletin boards, discussion forums, and surveys. How may Momentum use my personally-identifiable information?

Momentum also uses personally-identifiable information to perform statistical analyses of user behaviour in order to measure interest in specific areas and information posted on our Site. Are cookies and IP addresses used?

We may provide links to third-party websites as a service to our users. Momentum makes no representations or warranties about the security of any link. Security
Momentum has implemented generally accepted standards of technology and operational security in order to protect personally-identifiable information from loss, misuse, alteration, disclosure or destruction. Only authorized Momentum personnel, contractors, and agents are provided access to personally-identifiable information, and these employees, contractors, and agents are required to treat this information as confidential. Momentum shall review its security practices on a regular basis in order to ensure that its security measures are current and up to date.
Despite these precautions, however, Momentum cannot guarantee that unauthorized persons will not obtain access to your personally-identifiable information, as there are inherent risks in the transmission of information over the internet, by e-mail or in electronic form .
Transborder hosting and transfer of information

Children's on-line privacy protection
