Extendicare implements Care Management series
January 2004 – Extendicare Health Services, Inc., one of the top 10 post-acute care chains in North America, is implementing the Momentum Care Management series to automate their 150+ skilled nursing facilities. The Care Management series is used to assess and provide automated plans of care for residents, reducing errors, increasing the time caregivers can spend caring for residents, and helping to reduce costs and optimize reimbursement.
