Kindred Buys Dietary Management
September 2004 – Kindred Healthcare has selected the Momentum Dietary Management suite to automate menu and recipe planning, production, and nutritional analysis for their corporate head office and for all of their facilities. Kindred has more than 300 skilled nursing facilities and more than 50 long-term stay hospitals, making it one of the largest healthcare providers in North America. The Dietary Management suite provides centralized control on food services programs, reduced food costs, improved nutritional compliance with dietary requirements, and improved resident satisfaction.
