Calculation of RAP14

The Update
The calculation of RAP14 (Dehydration) has been updated to include additional ICD-9-CM codes as trigger items. The RAP will now be triggered if any of the following ICD-9 codes has been included in the assessment – 276.5, 276.50, 276.51 or 276.52. What Momentum is Doing

The addition of this updated manual will be included in the following releases of the MDS Version 6 (Change Request CHR00002166) and the patch release of Version 5.52.02 (Change Request CHR00002514).
