Wisconsin RUG calculator
December 2006
The Update
Wisconsin has adopted a 34 grouper RUG for Medicaid reimbursement effective July 1, 2006. The RUG calculator to be used is the RUGIII Version 5.20, 34 grouper calculator with index maximization.
What Momentum is Doing
Client sites in Wisconsin should update the state RUG calculator as noted above. A copy of the Wisconsin specific CMI set is included in any released version of MDS greater than or equal to Version 6.0. Last Updated: 12/13/2006
