North Dakota: Proposed changes to RUG system and Section S

The Update
The proposed changes to the RUG system and Section S for North Dakota identified in a previous regulatory bulletin have been put on hold at this time by the state. Changes are not anticipated now until sometime in 2009.
What Momentum is doing
Momentum will continue to keep change request CHR6714 on file and will document the change in an upcoming version of MDS once requirements have been received.
