CMS has posted an update to Appendix B (Contact Information) of the RAI Users Manual. This information is available for download from their
website

No other changes were made to the RAI Users Manual with this update.
CMS has released an MDS coding Tip Sheet for coding toileting plans. This Tip Sheet was developed to provide a better understanding of the coding rationale for this particular item. This document can also be downloaded from the above noted website.
