CMS (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services) have announced that updates will be made to the Nursing Home Compare website including the introduction of a 5 Star Quality Rating System.
An Open Door Forum focusing on this initiative was held on June 24, 2008 and materials related to this initiative have been posted on the
CMS website
What Momentum is Doing?
Momentum is reviewing this material and the call transcript to determine if modifications to our reporting or Decision Support System to better assist our clients in identifying trends that might be identified or reported through the 5 Star Quality Rating System.
Any change requests identified through this review will be priorized for inclusion in future development projects.
