Resident Tracking
Resident Tracking is the central location for resident-specific information in the billing system. You can view resident rates, admissions information, and assessment results quickly and easily. Ancillary Entry
Ancillary Entry enhances your control of ancillary items. Use batch processing to speed up entry, and assign recurring items to a residents account for automatic charging in each billing cycle. You can also make manual adjustments and post them against a resident account for easy corrections.
Billing
Billing takes easy-to-use Wizards to a new level. The Charge Wizard, Bill Wizard, and Month End Wizard simplify your billing processes. You can create charges across all facilities, automatically handle retroactive processes, and perform bill generation with invoice warehousing. The modules support an unlimited number of payers, and all popular billing forms.
Reporting
Momentum offers many reports that cover Aging Reports, Revenue Journals, Face Sheets, Census in Summary and Detail segmented by Payer and/or Resident, ADT Activity, Cash Reporting, GL Journal Entry in Detail or Summary. Each of these types of reports can be printed across all facilities, payers, resident, and resident types.
