ADT/Demographics/Resident History
The Admission, Discharge, Transfer module includes general client demographic and historical information, as well as information regarding, contacts, physicians, referrals, digital photos and Advance Directive instructions. This information is communicated to all the areas of your enterprise – to your interdisciplinary team, your corporate offices and externally. Seamless data sharing with hospitals, pharmacies, and physician’s offices allows secure information solutions across the healthcare continuum. Our HL7 interface to third party providers allows information sharing with multiple deployment options (web, client server, etc.). Automated census reporting, including information on available beds and beds on hold, is available in real-time. ADT tracks residents’ medical diagnoses and procedures using ICD9 codes.
