MDS
The MDS 2.0 is an automated tool for the completion, submission and analysis of assessments, RUG III, RAPs, Outcome Scales and Quality Indicators. This module is based on state specific requirements that support an interdisciplinary team effort in the collection of specific data. MDS 2.0 is completely integrated with Care Planning and provides ongoing documentation to improve assessment completion.
