User Defined Assessments
The User Defined Assessments module contains a full library (70+) of assessments such as; Admission, Risk for Falls, Bates-Jensen Wound Assessment Tool, Care Needs, Skin Assessment, and many more. This assessment builder application allows you to create custom assessments. This flexible tool gives you the power to create virtually any assessment or form, including automating current paper assessments.

- Ability to populate assessments with answers from a previous assessment
- Assessments using easy point-and-click functionality (i.e. scoring capability, drop down list and check boxes, text boxes, and required fields)
