Nutritional Care Plans
Nutritional Care Plans will replace the need for a cardex, handwritten tray cards, and dislike and nourishment lists. The Nutritional Care Plans module also assists in tracking weights and scheduling assessments.

- Quickly prioritize resident visits by using the Assessments To Do Report.
Highlighted Reports (Nutritional Care Plans Module):
- Nutritional Care Plans – View all of your selected resident’s Nutritional Care Plan information, including: weight log, diet order, dislikes and preferences. This report can be inserted into the resident’s chart or used as a reference point for care conferences.
- Tray Cards – Use these instead of tray tickets for meal-specific serving purposes. These tray cards contain individualized notes for the meal instead of identifying specific menu items as per the day of your menu.
- Distribution Labels – Commonly used for nourishments, this report is a real time-saver. The resident name, location, current date, snack item and description for each snack item are included. No more hand written snack labels!
- Seating Plan Report – Residents can be assigned to a different table and seat for each of the three meals. This report outlines where each resident is seated and can include nutritional care plan basics, such as diet order.
- Diet Order Changes – Indicates which residents have had diet order changes (such as special diets, allergies or textures), as well as dislikes and standing order changes for a specified date range.
- Weight Log Graph – Weights can be tracked in the weight log. Comments are automatically generated when significant fluctuations in weight occur. You can also print weight history in a graphical format.
