Momentum Healthware’s Global Support Center is dedicated to providing you with prompt and professional support for your technical and application needs. Located in Winnipeg, Canada, our customer representatives provide flexible, comprehensive service to our North American clients. Our team is comprised of highly trained and customer-oriented professionals with experience and backgrounds in business management, accounting, healthcare, and computer science.
The Customer Support Center provides access to our professionals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The Support Center is backed by full escalation program with access to a problem-replication lab for issue investigation and resolution. We use a sophisticated call-tracking database to quickly open new support incidents, view existing incidents, or view incident histories. Customers are provided with a username/password for access to our customer login web portal. Customers can update their account/profile; access customer newsletters, regulatory information, or product documentation; download product updates user manuals; view upcoming training sessions or user group meetings; and submit product enhancement suggestions.
