As Manager of Cloud Services you will be responsible for enhancing, managing, and supporting our 24x7 cloud services platform, ensuring a scalable, secure and reliable infrastructure for our global cloud platform and products. This includes developing and maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and observability metrics in accordance with customer agreements and internal requirements.
You will provide guidance and technical direction for our service delivery teams as well as ensuring that we have proactive support services in place to provide an exceptional customer experience. In addition to these responsibilities, you will manage third-party (e.g. data center) relationships and contracts as well as play an active role in a wide variety of internal and customer implementation projects, including providing expert hosting advice and input during the development of sales proposals. You will also fulfill a key role in attaining, maintaining, and adhering to industry standards including but not limited to ISO-27001 and ISO-27018.
